  The stores are okay, but that parking lot is chaos! There's supposed to be a stop sign on the south side of plaza; it came down and was never replaced. People think they don't need to stop there for oncoming traffic.
  
  The parking spaces need to be designated and painted clearly. People just drive in their aimlessly and no one adheres to proper rules of driving 101. It's a mess! The back and south side of the plaza look so "GHETTO!" Somebody needs to clean this place up.
  
  If I were looking for a place to open up my store, it wouldn't be here because it just looks like the owners only want to collect the rent!
